Header

So I hope everyone appreciates the new header because it took me two days to do it!! Oh my gosh it was a pain in the neck! I wish I just had photo shop instead of paint...ha ha who uses paint anymore..oh that's right me! Well its done and I am not changing it for A LONG TIME! On other news I am so excited to see Jackie in June, I had a blast staying at Meagan's house for the week and I am an AWFUL dater...seriously awful! But I think if I had a normal date I wouldn't know what to do with myself :)

So cute

I found these dish towels over two years ago and of course didn't purchase them then because I was trying to be thrifty and not spend $38 on a pair of silly dish towels. Well as any one know the early bird gets the worm and of course the towels were discontinued and I have never been able to stop thinking about them or looking for them. Well guess what, after much searching they came back to the online shopping world and I snagged them up before I could even blink! I now own the cutest dish towels in the world but not without a small price tag of $52!! Go figure. But it is all good because I plan on using them as a pattern for my own dish towel collection so I am counting it as a business expense :)

They are so cute right! The first one says, they fell in love, the second says they got married, and the third one says they lived happily ever after!

Confused

On Tuesday I went to Taco Time because I was craving a crisp bean burrito...yum. My mother got me hooked on them! And as I pulled up to the drive thru the lady on the speaker said,

 "Go ahead and order when you are ready, I will be with you in a minute."

I thought to myself now that is a little bit contradictory don't you think. Do you want me to order now because I know what I want; I have known for the past three hours what I have wanted; or would you like me to wait for a minute for you to get back from a break. I am a little confused. So I thought I can wait. Well it was the longest wait of my life!! It took me TEN minutes to order and get my food AND I was the only one there! I noticed when I pulled up there was no one in the parking lot and I was the only one in line at the drive thru. And who goes to a fast food place anymore with out knowing what they want! Every time I go somewhere it is usually because I want something they offer! Next time I will skip the drive thru and go inside :)

Lent

Ok so I have been practicing lent for a few years now. Yes I know that lent is a catholic holiday but I think it is a good idea to give up something for 40 days to better improve yourself. This year I have decided to give up gossiping. It is going to be tough since I like to know what is going on around me, but it will be really good for me as well. I figure I can say something as long as I am comfortable enough to say it to their face :)

Long time coming

So for awhile I have been holding on to something that has just been bringing me down and tonight I finally got the courage to get it off my chest. I hope that it went well and that all parties involved came out ok. I know I should have said something before it got to this point; but I was afraid. I pray that things from here can move forward. I love you so much, my life wouldn't be the same without you.

To Do list

Do you ever have a to do list that runs constantly through your head?! I have been looking in my room and there are a million projects that I need to finish so I thought maybe if I write them down I will be more motivated to get going on some of them.So here is my to do list:

1. Finish dishtowels
2. Go through my closet of clothes and get rid of some
3. Organize all my school stuff
4. Figure out my financial aid
5. Get a baby shower gift
6. Finish my homework
7. Send Lois her Christmas gift
8. Send Dallan a package
9. Call Jackie and Sam
10. Start eating right and working out

Well that is a few of the things running through my head! Now I just need to get some of them done and move on to another item on my to do list :)
